Personal Data Protection Policy (GDPR)

Our company attaches great importance to the protection of personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The security of personal data of our employees, customers, suppliers and business partners is among the fundamental priorities of our company.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Collected personal data is processed limited to the following purposes:

Performance of contracts,
Fulfillment of legal obligations,
Conducting human resources processes,

Personal data is not shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the relevant person, except for the exceptions foreseen in KVKK. Within the scope of legal obligations, it can only be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations.

Our company, in order to ensure the security of personal data;

Takes technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access,
Destroys data by secure methods at the end of legal retention periods.

4. Rights of the Data Subject

According to Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects have the right to:

Learn whether personal data is processed,
Request information if processed,
Learn whether it is used for its intended purpose,
Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request deletion or destruction within the framework of legal conditions,
Object to a result that emerges against them as a result of processing being analyzed only by automatic systems,
Request compensation in case of damage
